Amplify Energy Corp. is an independent oil and natural gas company focused on acquiring, developing, exploiting, and producing oil and natural gas properties. The company operates as a single business segment, with all activities conducted through its wholly owned subsidiary, OLLC, and its subsidiaries. Historically, Amplify Energy's assets included producing oil and natural gas properties in Oklahoma, the Rockies (Bairoil), federal waters offshore Southern California (Beta), East Texas/North Louisiana, and the Eagle Ford (Non-op). During 2025, the company completed several divestiture transactions, including the sale of its non-operated Eagle Ford assets in July 2025, its East Texas/North Louisiana assets in December 2025, and its Oklahoma assets in December 2025. As of December 31, 2025, and the date of this Annual Report, Amplify Energy's remaining properties consist solely of Bairoil and Beta. These properties include operated working interests in producing and undeveloped leasehold acreage and working interests in identified producing wells.
