Amen Properties

Amen Properties is a company that was originally incorporated as DIDAX Inc. in January 1997. From its inception through December 31, 2002, the company operated under the name Crosswalk.com, Inc. During this period, its primary business involved the operation of crosswalk.com™ and a direct mail advertising service. In the last quarter of 2002, the company sold nearly all assets associated with these two businesses. Effective February 3, 2003, the company changed its name to Amen Properties, Inc. Following shareholder approval of a new business plan in 2002, Amen Properties initially acquired an approximate 64.86% limited partnership interest in TCTB Partnership Partners, Ltd. ("TCTB"). In early 2004, the company further increased its stake by acquiring an additional 6.485533% interest in TCTB.
