(a Delaware corporation and wholly owned subsidiary of Amcor), and Berry, dated November 19, 2024. As per the merger terms, Berry shareholders received 7.25 Amcor ordinary shares for each issued and outstanding share of Berry common stock. Following the transaction's completion, Berry shares were delisted from the New York Stock Exchange. Historically, Amcor's fiscal year ran from July 1 to June 30. On May 1, 2026, the Board of Directors changed the fiscal year end to a calendar year, beginning January 1 and ending December 31. The company plans to report financial results for the six-month transition period of July 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026, on a Transition Report on Form 10-K/T. Subsequently, it will file an Annual Report on Form 10-K, starting with the first full calendar fiscal year ending on December 31, 2027. Fiscal quarters will continue to be calendar quarters.
