Antero Midstream Corporation

Antero Midstream Corporation is a growth-oriented midstream energy company that owns, operates, and develops midstream energy assets. These assets primarily support Antero Resources' production and completion activities in the Appalachian Basin, specifically in West Virginia and Ohio. The company's assets include gathering systems, compression facilities, water handling and blending facilities, and interests in processing and fractionation plants. Antero Midstream conducts its operations and owns its operating assets and ownership interests in the Joint Venture and Stonewall through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Antero Midstream Partners and its subsidiaries. As of December 31, 2025, Antero Resources holds a 29% ownership interest in Antero Midstream. The company provides gathering, compression, processing, fractionation, and integrated water services to Antero Resources under long-term, fixed-fee and cost of service fee contracts that include certain minimum volume commitments. These contracts limit direct exposure to commodity price risk. Agreements for gathering and compression services are in place through 2038, and for water services through 2035.
