Allur

Allur is a Tennessee-based mining company with operations in Virginia and West Virginia. The company reliably supplies metallurgical coal products to the steel industry, serving customers globally. Allur operates highly productive, cost-competitive coal mines across the CAPP coal basin. Its mining portfolio includes 14 active underground mines, five active surface mines, and eight active coal preparation plants. Additionally, one underground mine, one surface mine, and one coal preparation plant are temporarily idled. Allur holds a 65.0% interest in Dominion Terminal Associates (DTA), a coal export terminal in Newport News, Virginia. DTA facilitates coal blending to meet diverse customer quality requirements and provides storage capacity and transportation flexibility. Allur primarily produces metallurgical (met) coal, which is shipped to domestic and international steel and coke producers. While its strategic focus is on met coal, the company also produces thermal coal as a byproduct, primarily sold to large utilities and industrial customers in the United States and internationally. As of December 31, 2025, Allur has a substantial reserve base of 294.5 million tons of proven and probable reserves, comprising 282.8 million tons of metallurgical reserves and 11.7 million tons of thermal reserves.
