We are a leading producer and distributor of specialty alcohols, renewable fuels, and essential ingredients in the United States. We operate five alcohol production facilities: three in Illinois, one in Oregon, and one in Idaho. Our total annual alcohol production capacity is 330 million gallons, encompassing renewable fuels and specialty alcohols across industrial, pharmaceutical, and high-quality food and beverage grades. Up to 110 million gallons annually of this capacity can be dedicated to specialty alcohols, depending on the product mix between high-quality beverage-grade alcohol and other quality specification alcohols. We market and distribute all alcohols produced at our facilities, as well as alcohols from third parties. In 2025, we marketed and distributed approximately 350 million gallons of our own produced alcohols and third-party fuel-grade ethanol, along with over 1.2 million tons of essential ingredients. We also own and operate a liquid carbon dioxide (CO2) production facility next to our Oregon plant, converting CO2 gas from the plant into liquid CO2 for sale. Additionally, we break bulk and distribute specialty alcohols from both our own production and third parties. Our financial and operating performance is reported in three segments: Pekin production, covering the production and sale of alcohols and essential ingredients from our three Pekin, Illinois facilities; Marketing and distribution, which includes marketing and merchant trading for company-produced alcohols and essential ingredients, and sales of third-party fuel-grade ethanol; and Western production, encompassing the production and sale of renewable fuels and essential ingredients from our Western facilities, including our liquid CO2 plant.
