Allarity is a clinical-stage, precision medicine pharmaceutical company that develops new anti-cancer treatments for patients with significant unmet medical needs. The company's foundation is its proprietary Drug Response Predictor (DRP®) platform. This technology identifies gene expression patterns in cancer cells that indicate how sensitive they are to specific cancer drugs. Once these DRP® gene expression signatures are defined, they can be used to analyze cancer tissue biopsies from patients. This process helps identify cancers that share the drug sensitivity signature, thereby pinpointing patients most likely to benefit from a particular anti-cancer therapeutic. Allarity has developed and published DRP® signatures for dozens of anti-cancer therapeutics. The aim is to use DRP to focus clinical development on smaller, more responsive patient populations, potentially leading to smaller, less expensive, and faster trials, and increasing the likelihood of clinical and regulatory success. Historically, Allarity has created DRP signatures for many anti-cancer therapeutics and in-licensed several assets for DRP-guided development, including Liposomal CisPlatin (LiPlaCis), Irofulven, dovitinib, and the PARP/tankyrase inhibitor, stenoparib. In 2024, Thomas H. Jensen, a co-founder, became Chief Executive Officer, and in 2025, Jeffrey Ervin was hired as Chief Financial Officer.
