AirJoule Technologies Corp.

We are an advanced technology company focused on addressing water and energy constraints through sorption technologies. Our core platform technology, AirJoule, generates pure distilled water from air. This technology aims to alleviate water scarcity by providing distributed water generation for businesses and consumers globally. Our products are particularly beneficial for industrial users, as they can utilize waste heat to power our sorption technologies, producing low-cost pure distilled water and dehumidified air. These outputs are crucial for various industrial activities, including data centers and advanced manufacturing. In HVAC applications, our technology is designed to decrease energy consumption, reduce or eliminate the use of refrigerants, and create cost efficiencies for air conditioning systems. We are commercializing and scaling the manufacturing of AirJoule systems through global collaborations, including a 50/50 joint venture with GE Vernova Inc. and commercial partnerships with Carrier Global Corporation and TenX Investment in Energy Enterprises & Management Co. During 2025, we manufactured and deployed AirJoule Core systems (previously A250 systems) for field testing and customer demonstrations in Texas, Arizona, and Dubai. We also advanced the productization and manufacturing scale-up of our Core and larger Prime (previously A1000 system) systems for commercial sales starting in late 2026. Our Predecessor, established in 2018, collaborated with researchers at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory ("PNNL") to enhance its self-regenerating pressure swing dehumidifier technology. In 2020, the Predecessor entered a strategic project partnership with PNNL, and in 2021, obtained an exclusive worldwide license from PNNL for the technology. The Predecessor then developed the pressure swing technology, secured intellectual property protection, produced prototypes, and formed partnerships with global companies including GE Vernova and Carrier.
