AI Technology Group Inc.

AI Technology Group Inc. is a technology-based company focused on the discovery, research, and development of electromagnetic motor/generator and battery charger systems. The company, formerly known as Energenx, Inc. and Bedini Technology, Inc., was incorporated in Nevada on September 29, 1999. Its proprietary technology includes a hybrid electromagnetic motor/generator and a two-phase solid-state battery charger. Both technologies were invented by John C. Bedini, a co-founder and current Vice President for Research and Development, and a board member. The hybrid electromagnetic motor/generator is a low-friction motor with a flywheel design that uses opposing magnets to efficiently charge dead batteries. This system requires only a small trigger pulse of electricity from a primary battery or the electrical power grid. AI Technology Group Inc. has built and tested several prototypes of this hybrid motor/generator. The two-phase solid-state battery charger employs an innovative method for pulse charging batteries. On December 27, 2004, Energenx acquired Edward II, Inc., a Nevada corporation, through an Acquisition Agreement. Edward II, incorporated in March 2004, was a blank check company with no prior business activities, formed to become a reporting company and find a merger candidate. Energenx was the surviving corporation in this transaction.
