AI Technology Group Inc.

AI Technology Group Inc. is a technology-based company focused on the discovery, research, and development of novel electromagnetic motor/generator and battery charger systems. The company, formerly known as Energenx, Inc. and Bedini Technology, Inc., was incorporated in Nevada on September 29, 1999. Its proprietary technology, invented by co-founder John C. Bedini, is based on a hybrid electromagnetic motor/generator and a two-phase solid-state battery charger. The battery charger uses an innovative method for pulse charging batteries. The hybrid electromagnetic motor/generator is a low-friction motor that incorporates a flywheel design with opposing magnets. This design allows it to efficiently charge dead batteries, requiring only a small trigger pulse of electricity from a primary battery or the electrical power grid. AI Technology Group Inc. has built and tested several prototypes of this hybrid motor/generator. On December 27, 2004, Energenx acquired Edward II, Inc., a Nevada corporation, through an Acquisition Agreement. Edward II, a blank check company incorporated in March 2004, had no business activities prior to this acquisition. Energenx was the surviving corporation in this transaction.
