Senmiao Technology Ltd

Senmiao Technology Ltd is a U.S. holding company incorporated in Nevada on June 8, 2017. It conducts a substantial majority of its operations through its Operating Entities established in the People's Republic of China (PRC), including its subsidiary and an equity investee company. Since November 2018, Senmiao has provided automobile transaction and related services, primarily focusing on the online ride-hailing industry in China, through its majority-owned subsidiary, Hunan Ruixi, and its equity investee company, Jinkailong. Prior to December 31, 2025, the company provided these services in Sichuan Province of China through its former majority-owned subsidiary, Jiekai, and former wholly-owned subsidiaries, Corenel, Yicheng, and Senmiao Consulting. On December 31, 2025, Senmiao completed the disposition of all equity interests in Yicheng, Senmiao Consulting, and its subsidiaries (former subsidiaries in Sichuan) to Hu Mao Sheng Tang Holdings Limited for nil consideration, while undertaking certain liabilities of $518,388. Following this disposition, Senmiao ceased its automobile transactions and related services in Sichuan Province of China. From October 2020 to August 2024, Senmiao also operated an online ride-hailing platform through XXTX, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Senmiao Consulting. On August 8, 2024, Senmiao Consulting entered into an acquisition agreement to sell 100% of Senmiao's equity interest in XXTX and its subsidiaries to Jiangsu Yuelaiyuexing Technology Co., Ltd.
