Authentic Holdings Inc. is a multi-faceted media and merchandising company incorporated in Nevada on March 25, 2005. The company operates through its subsidiaries and license rights. On June 18, 2019, Authentic Holdings Inc. acquired assets from AH Originals, Inc. for 6,400,000 shares of its common stock and a $447,150 promissory note with 3% annual interest and a one-year term with eight six-month extension options. Additionally, 200,000 common shares of Authentic Heroes, Inc. (AHI), a subsidiary holding the purchased assets, were issued to AH Originals, Inc. The Authentic Heroes, Inc. subsidiary utilizes patented technology to create "Fan-wear" collectibles containing fibers from original event-worn apparel of iconic individuals. Each Fan-Wear item includes an embedded QR Code for blockchain registration, ensuring provenance and immutability. This subsidiary also produces vinyl records for retail department stores and online sales, having pressed 150,000 vinyl records under the "Old is Gold" Christmas heading to date. Furthermore, Authentic Heroes, Inc. has developed an NFT Platform on the Ethereum Blockchain, capable of housing millions of NFTs, and has minted 500,000 NFTs as part of a free music NFT giveaway with its "Old is Gold" Christmas album. On April 26, 2023, Authentic Holdings Inc. acquired Maybacks Global Entertainment LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, making it a wholly owned subsidiary. Maybacks focuses on providing free TV and channel access for established organizations.
