Activate Energy Acquisition Corp.

We are a blank check company incorporated in the Cayman Islands on June 10, 2025. We aim to complete an initial business combination, such as a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, or reorganization, with one or more businesses or entities. While we may pursue acquisitions in any business, industry, sector, or geographical location, we intend to focus on the oil and gas industry. We have not yet selected a specific target for a business combination and have not engaged in any substantive discussions with potential targets. We have not generated any operating revenues to date and do not expect to do so until we complete our initial business combination. We generate non-operating income from interest earned on the proceeds from our IPO. Compliance with government regulations, including environmental laws, has not had a material effect on our capital expenditures, earnings, or competitive position, and is not expected to prior to our initial business combination. Our management team has experience in the oil and gas industry, financial services, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and leadership roles in publicly traded firms.
