ACNB Corporation

ACNB Corporation is a financial holding company based in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. It operates through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, ACNB Bank and ACNB Insurance Services. ACNB Bank, founded in 1857, provides banking, mortgage, and wealth management services, including trust and retail brokerage. It serves customers through a network of 33 community banking offices and two loan offices across the Pennsylvania counties of Adams, Berks, Cumberland, Franklin, Lancaster, and York, and the Maryland counties of Baltimore, Carroll, and Frederick. ACNB Insurance Services, acquired in 2005, is a full-service insurance agency licensed in 46 states. It offers property, casualty, health, life, and disability insurance to personal and commercial clients from offices in Westminster, Maryland, and Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. ACNB Corporation was formed in 1982 and became the bank holding company for ACNB Bank in 1983. The company expanded through acquisitions, including New Windsor Bancorp, Inc. on July 1, 2017, and Frederick County Bancorp, Inc. on January 11, 2020. Effective February 1, 2025, ACNB acquired Traditions Bancorp, Inc., integrating its eight community banking offices in South Central Pennsylvania into ACNB Bank, operating as "Traditions Bank, A Division of ACNB Bank." In April 2025, two of these offices were consolidated into nearby ACNB Bank locations.
