Autoscope Technologies Corporation creates value by owning and supporting operating subsidiaries and investments, primarily in technology and engineering. Its main subsidiary is Image Sensing Systems, Inc. (ISNS), a global company providing above-ground detection technology products for advanced traffic management systems, traffic data collection applications, and related markets. ISNS pioneered video image processing, also known as machine vision, for vehicle detection. ISNS's products include Autoscope® video products, RTMS® radar products, and IntellitraffiQ® (iQ) products. These products help end users optimize traffic flow and enhance driver safety by analyzing signals from sophisticated sensors and transmitting information to management systems, controllers, or directly to users. ISNS's products offer complete solutions for the intersection and transportation markets. Autoscope was incorporated on April 23, 2021, in Minnesota, and ISNS was incorporated in Minnesota on December 20, 1984. On July 21, 2021, ISNS became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Autoscope through a holding company reorganization. Autoscope replaced ISNS as the public company trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker symbol "AATC."
