Our main products, Olverembatinib and Lisaftoclax, are designed to treat major blood cancers such as chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), acute myeloid leukemia (AML), chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL), and myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). The combined market for these conditions is projected to exceed US$166 billion by 2035, according to the F&S Report. Olverembatinib, our first lead product, is a novel, third-generation tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI). It was the first BCR-ABL1 inhibitor approved in China for treating CML in chronic phase (CML-CP) with T315I mutations, CML in accelerated phase (CML-AP) with T315I mutations, and CML-CP that is resistant and/or intolerant to first and second-generation TKIs. We are currently selling Olverembatinib in China, and all its approved indications will be included in China's National Drug Reimbursement List (NRDL) starting January 2025. The global CML market was approximately US$12.3 billion in 2023 and is expected to reach US$14.6 billion by 2035, according to the F&S Report. We are also conducting a registrational Phase 3 trial, POLARIS-2, for Olverembatinib as a single therapy for CML, cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and European Medicines Agency (EMA).
