Armada Acquisition Corp. III

We are a newly organized blank check company, incorporated in the Cayman Islands on September 19, 2025. Our purpose is to complete a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, recapitalization, reorganization, or other similar business combination with one or more businesses. On February 19, 2026, we completed our Initial Public Offering of 24,850,000 units, each consisting of one Class A Share and one-half of one public warrant to purchase one Class A Share, raising $248,500,000. Concurrently, we completed a private placement of 672,000 private placement units, each unit comprising one Class A Share and one-half of one warrant to purchase one Class A Share, generating $6,720,000. Following the Initial Public Offering, $248,500,000 of the net proceeds, including up to $4,600,000 for underwriters' deferred discount, was placed in a U.S.-based trust account maintained by Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company. We are focused on identifying potential target companies within the financial technology industry, believing that the creation, delivery, and servicing of financial payment products and related services for consumers and businesses are continuously evolving. We anticipate many potential targets will emerge, ranging from high-growth companies to established firms with stable revenues and strong cash flow.
