18,285 SEC filings scored by Wiseek in this period (2026-07-24 to 2026-08-14); 11,416 with a clean next-session measurement. All movement figures are excess of the filer-panel tape median for the same session, and describe what happened after a filing — not what it caused. Methodology.

Why a launch note?

Wiseek began capturing verified daily closes for its full ticker universe on 2026-07-24 — the first day "what happened after the filing" became measurable at scale. This note covers every session from then through 2026-08-14 (11,416 measured filings) and inaugurates the series. The first canonical monthly release (August 2026) follows in early September; monthly releases add the T+5 window, which is deliberately absent here (most T+5 sessions for this window had not yet closed at publication). The filer-panel tape baseline is fixed to this window's end date; the August monthly release computes its own month-end panel, so cells covering the overlapping days may differ slightly there — the monthly figures are canonical.

What the data shows

  1. Among after-hours 8-K/6-K filings by micro-cap companies, those Wiseek scored 9–10 moved a median 4.99% (excess of the filer-panel tape) by the next close, vs 2.14% for scores 1–4 — 2.3× the movement (n=120 vs n=88).
