SEC Filing Impact — 2026-08

21,901 SEC filings scored by Wiseek (2026-08); 13,760 with a clean next-session measurement. All movement figures are excess of the filer-panel tape median for the same session, and describe what happened after a filing — not what it caused. Methodology.

What the data shows

  1. Among after-hours 8-K/6-K filings by micro-cap companies, those Wiseek scored 9–10 moved a median 5.05% (excess of the filer-panel tape) by the next close, vs 2.63% for scores 1–4 — 1.9× the movement (n=106 vs n=115).

Omitted this period (pre-registered but gate not met): C2 — gap under 1.0pp or insufficient n this month; C3 — gap under 1.0pp or insufficient n this month.

events_score7plus.csv is the per-event archive for this period: every published filing (importance score ≥7, matching the site's publication floor) with ticker, company, form, score, sentiment, publication price, next-session result and exclusion flags — a permanent copy of the rolling 90-day Filing Impact Tracker export, which otherwise forgets these rows. Scores 1–6 are never published per-event and appear only in the aggregate tables. The file is the pre-exclusion, pre-dedup universe — the exact recipe to reproduce every aggregate cell from it (verified at publication) is in meta.json, along with the source snapshot's provenance.
