("Tembo"), an electric vehicle business, and Caret, LLC ("Caret"), which holds legacy U.S. solar and digital asset activities. The Group has operations and personnel in Australia, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, the United States, the Philippines and Norway. On 23 December 2025, the Company announced a refocus of Group resources on a Power-to-X strategy under which the priority use of controlled power and land is sovereign AI compute infrastructure. The Company announced a change of corporate name from VivoPower International PLC to VivoPower PLC and a change of Nasdaq ticker from VVPR to VIVO, effective on 16 March 2026, in connection with its stated focus on powered land and data center infrastructure. The name change does not affect shareholders' rights. The Company reported a verified B Impact Score of 86.6, compared with 83.0 at the 2021 recertification and 85.7 at the 2018 certification.
