We are a leading mobile telecommunications company in Brazil, operating under the Vivo brand. As of December 31, 2025, we held a 38.1% market share in mobile telecommunications based on accesses, with a particularly strong position in postpaid mobile services at 40.3% market share based on accesses. Additionally, we achieved 18.5% of the total market share in fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) accesses in Brazil as of December 31, 2025. Our comprehensive product portfolio includes mobile and fixed-line voice services, mobile data, fixed broadband, and ultra-fast broadband (UBB) delivered via our FTTH and FTTC infrastructure. We also provide Pay TV, information technology, and digital services such as entertainment, cloud, security, and financial services. Our operations encompass local and long-distance fixed-line telephone services, mobile services (including value-added services), data services (including broadband and mobile data), and Pay TV services, primarily through IPTV. We also offer network services, including facility rentals, wholesale services like interconnection, and digital services. We cater to corporate customers with specialized services and sell wireless devices, accessories, and consumer electronics. Our fixed-line telephone services, or STFC services, include local, domestic long-distance, and international long-distance calls. Local services cover activation, monthly subscriptions, public telephones, and measured services for calls originating and terminating within the same area code in our concession region. We maintain an extensive distribution network for client services, such as purchasing prepaid phone credit.
