Twin Vee PowerCats Co. designs, manufactures, and markets recreational and commercial power boats. Founded in 1996, the company specializes in twin-hull catamaran designs, known as symmetrical catamaran hulls, which aim to improve ride quality by reducing drag, increasing fuel efficiency, and providing stability. Twin Vee operates from a 7.5-acre facility in Fort Pierce, Florida, comprising approximately 100,000 square feet across several buildings, including a 30,000 square foot expansion that began in mid-2024. The company employs approximately 70 people. Twin Vee markets its products under two brands: Twin Vee for its catamarans (dual hull vessels) and Bahama Boat Works for its "V"-hull boats. These boats are used for recreational activities such as fishing, diving, and water skiing, as well as commercial purposes including transportation, eco tours, and fishing and diving expeditions. The boats are currently equipped with gas-powered outboard combustion engines. The company primarily sells its boats through a network of 17 independent boat dealers located across North America, Hawaii, and Australia, who then resell them to end-users. Twin Vee is actively recruiting new dealers and distributors both domestically and internationally to support its production growth and new model introductions. During 2024, Forza X1, Inc., a minority-owned electric boat subsidiary, ceased production of electric boats. On November 26, 2024, Forza X1, Inc. merged into Twin Vee Merger Sub, Inc., becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of Twin Vee. Revenue from boat sales accounted for nearly 100% of Twin Vee's net revenue in 2025 and 2024.
