Our company provides researchers with a platform to study the proteome, which refers to all the proteins in a biological system. Our main product, the Proteograph Product Suite (Proteograph), offers a way to access the proteome in a comprehensive, precise, and scalable manner. This system helps overcome historical limitations in characterizing protein biology at scale, where researchers previously had to choose between in-depth analysis and processing many samples. The Proteograph uses a proprietary engineered nanoparticle (NP) technology. It allows researchers to detect protein isoforms, post-translational modifications (PTMs), and variant peptides at a detailed peptide level, even in complex samples like plasma. This method avoids the need for predefined binding sites, which reduces measurement errors often found in other technologies. The Proteograph Product Suite includes consumable assays, an automation instrument, and data analysis software. Our newest products, the Proteograph ONE assay and the SP200 automation instrument, were launched in May 2025. These innovations have increased throughput by approximately ten-fold compared to our first-generation assay, allowing for the processing of over 1,000 samples per week. The Proteograph generates extensive, high-resolution data per sample and per protein, designed to support scientific discovery driven by artificial intelligence.
