XCF Global, Inc. invests in renewable energy assets and production facilities. The company was incorporated on January 20, 2023, as Legacy XCF and completed a business combination on June 6, 2025. XCF Global's primary focus is the production of sustainable aviation fuel ("SAF"), a synthetic kerosene. This fuel is derived from waste- and residue-based feedstocks, including waste oils and fats, green and municipal waste, and non-food crops, and is currently blended with conventional Jet-A fuel. The company has made acquisitions in Nevada, Florida, and North Carolina to establish the foundation for its initial SAF production. While primarily focused on SAF to decarbonize the aviation industry, XCF Global may also opportunistically produce other renewable products. These include renewable diesel, a renewable fuel, and bio-based glycerol (natural glycerin), which is used in the healthcare, food, and cosmetics industries.
