Qorvo is a global leader in developing and selling technologies and products for wireless, wired, and power markets. The company operates through three segments: High Performance Analog (HPA), Connectivity and Sensors Group (CSG), and Advanced Cellular Group (ACG). HPA is a global supplier of radio frequency (RF), analog mixed-signal, and power management solutions. CSG is a global supplier of connectivity solutions, specializing in ultra-wideband (UWB), Matter, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), Zigbee, Thread, Wi-Fi, and cellular solutions for the Internet of Things (IoT). ACG is a global supplier of advanced cellular solutions for smartphones, wearables, laptops, tablets, and other devices. On October 27, 2025, Qorvo entered into a Merger Agreement with Skyworks Solutions, Inc., Comet Acquisition Corp., and Comet Acquisition II, LLC. This agreement outlines a two-step merger where Comet Acquisition Corp. will first merge into Qorvo, with Qorvo surviving as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Skyworks. Immediately after, Qorvo will merge into Comet Acquisition II, LLC, which will continue as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Skyworks. Stockholders of both Qorvo and Skyworks approved the Merger Agreement on February 11, 2026.
