QNB is a bank holding company that operates through its wholly-owned subsidiary, QNB Bank. The Bank, originally chartered in 1877 as The Quakertown National Bank, became a Pennsylvania chartered commercial bank and changed its name to QNB Bank on December 28, 2007. Its principal office is in Quakertown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. As of December 31, 2025, QNB Bank operated twelve full-service community banking offices across Bucks, Montgomery, and Lehigh counties in southeastern Pennsylvania. The Bank conducts a general commercial banking business, offering a full range of services. These services include attracting deposits, which are then used to make commercial loans, residential mortgage loans, and consumer loans, as well as to purchase investment securities. Deposits include time deposits (such as certificates of deposit and individual retirement accounts) and demand and savings accounts (including money market accounts, interest-bearing demand accounts, club accounts, traditional statement savings accounts, and a higher yielding online savings account). As of December 31, 2025, QNB had total assets of $1,906,005,000, total loans receivable of $1,262,074,000, total deposits of $1,642,511,000, and total shareholders' equity of $129,563,000. For the year ended December 31, 2025, QNB reported net income of $14,090,000, compared to $11,448,000 for 2024 and $9,483,000 for 2023. On September 23, 2025, QNB and The Victory Bancorp, Inc. entered into a Merger Agreement for Victory to merge into QNB, with QNB as the surviving corporation.
