Principal Real Estate Income Fund

Principal Real Estate Income Fund is a closed-end balanced mutual fund that invests in public equity and fixed income markets within the United States. The fund is managed by ALPS Advisers, Inc. and co-managed by Principal Real Estate Investors, LLC.
