PIMCO Dynamic Income Strategy Fund

PIMCO Dynamic Income Strategy Fund (PDX) is a non-diversified, limited-term, closed-end management investment company. Its primary investment objective is to seek current income, with capital appreciation as a secondary objective. The Fund aims to achieve these objectives through a dynamic asset allocation strategy across various sectors within the global public and private credit markets. This includes investments in corporate debt, mortgage-related and other asset-backed instruments, government and sovereign debt, taxable municipal bonds, and other fixed-, variable-, and floating-rate income-producing securities issued by U.S. and foreign entities, including emerging market issuers. The Fund may invest without limitation in both investment-grade and below-investment-grade debt securities, such as high-yield securities or junk bonds, including those from stressed, distressed, or defaulted issuers. PIMCO Dynamic Income Strategy Fund normally allocates at least 25% of its total assets to the energy industry.
