1WS Credit Income Fund

1WS Credit Income Fund (OWSCX) is a continuously offered, non-diversified, closed-end interval fund managed by 1WS Capital Advisors, LLC, an affiliate of One William Street Capital Management, L.P.. The fund's primary objective is to achieve attractive risk-adjusted total returns through generating income and capital appreciation. It aims to accomplish this by investing predominantly in a diverse range of structured credit and securitized debt instruments. Under normal investment conditions, the fund allocates at least 80% of its assets, including borrowings for investment purposes, to debt obligations. These "Credit Investments" can encompass various debt and other obligations with differing terms regarding collateralization, seniority, purchase price, convertibility, interest payments, and maturity.
