OBOOK Holdings Inc. operates as the OwlTing Group, a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands on April 20, 2011. The OwlTing Group was founded in 2010 by Darren Wang. The company's Class A Common Shares have been listed on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol "OWLS" since October 2025. OBOOK Holdings Inc. launched its first business line, OwlTing Market, in 2014, which is an e-commerce platform connecting local Taiwanese farmers and merchants with consumers.
