Olin has been involved in the chlor alkali industry for approximately 135 years and considers itself the leading global chlor alkali and derivatives producer. The Epoxy segment produces and sells a full range of epoxy materials and precursors, including aromatics (acetone and phenol), allyl chloride, epichlorohydrin, liquid epoxy resins, solid epoxy resins, and formulated solutions products such as converted epoxy resins and additives. This segment represented 20% of 2025 sales. The Winchester segment produces and sells sporting ammunition, reloading components, small caliber military ammunition and components, industrial cartridges, and clay targets, along with contracted U.S. military project revenue. This segment represented 26% of 2025 sales.
