Signatera Shows 100% PPV vs 62% for PET/CT in Lymphoma MRD Study
NTRA has more than doubled off its 52-week low of $157.425.
Summary
A new publication in Blood Neoplasia validates Signatera for MRD assessment in lymphoma, showing it outperforms PET/CT. In a 144-patient study across 14 subtypes, Signatera at end of treatment had a hazard ratio of 80.83 for event-free survival versus 5.18 for PET/CT, and a positive predictive value of 100% versus 62%. Signatera clearance during first-line therapy and after CAR-T was associated with significantly better outcomes. This strengthens the clinical case for Signatera in a new indication and supports the recent NCCN guideline update recommending ctDNA-based MRD assessment. The data could accelerate adoption in lymphoma, expanding Natera's oncology market beyond its current solid tumor focus.
