We are a leading Web 3.0 infrastructure and product solution provider and crypto treasury company. We develop HTC (High-Throughput Computing) and HPC (High-Performance Computing) chips, having built a comprehensive FPU architecture that integrates features of both. We have also established BNB value investment and adopted BNB as our primary reserve asset. Additionally, we launched the iPollo Claw, a dedicated hardware solution for the OpenClaw AI Agent Ecosystem. Our integrated solution platform covers two main business verticals: HTC solutions and HPC solutions. Our HTC solutions feature our proprietary Cuckoo series chips, which serve as alternative ASIC solutions for traditional GPUs. Our HPC solutions include both HPC chips, Darkbird, and the Bitcoin mining machine, iPollo. In March 2026, we launched the iPollo ClawPC A1 Mini, a dedicated hardware solution designed to support the OpenClaw AI Agent System. We possess strong capabilities in IC design and related research and development for the Metaverse computing network. We have successfully designed 55nm, 40nm, 22nm, and n+1 ASIC chips, along with a 38nm memory chip. Our unique Nano FPU design architecture enables us to develop HTC chips with superior computing power and high-power efficiency compared to most traditional GPUs. As of December 31, 2025, we had registered 40 software copyrights, four IC layout-design rights, and 46 patents, and applied for registration of 4 patents. As of December 31, 2025, our research and development team consisted of 13 engineers, researchers, programmers, and data analysts.
