Mint Inc Ltd is a holding company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands on October 18, 2023. Through its operating subsidiaries, Mint Inc Ltd conducts two primary business lines in Hong Kong and Singapore: interior design and fit-out services, and artificial intelligence, robotics, and technology solutions. Since mid-September 2025, the Group has been strategically transitioning to become a multi-sectoral enterprise that applies AI, robotics, and IoT technologies to facility management, automation, and consumer robotics applications. As of the date of this annual report, the Robotics and AI Solutions business lines are in an early stage of development. These business lines contributed approximately 16.78% of Mint Inc Ltd's total revenue for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. Mint Inc Ltd provides interior design and fit-out services primarily through its operating subsidiary, Matter International Limited, which was founded in 2018. Matter International provides integrated interior design and fit-out services to commercial and residential customers in Hong Kong.
