Kyivstar operates a single operating segment, Kyivstar, generating revenues of US$1,157 million, US$919 million, and US$915 million for the years ended December 2025, 2024, and 2023, respectively. This segment comprises two business lines: mobile telecommunications services and digital services. Mobile telecommunications services accounted for approximately 89% of revenue for the year ended December 31, 2025, and approximately 98% for the year ended December 31, 2024. Digital services accounted for approximately 11% of revenue for the year ended December 31, 2025, and approximately 2% for the year ended December 31, 2024. In its telecommunications services business, Kyivstar provides mobile services including voice, data, messaging, and wireless internet, as well as internet services such as corporate internet access, fixed-line telephone, data transmission, fixed-mobile convergence, and internet-TV via FTTB network connections. The digital services business includes digital TV content on the Kyivstar TV platform in partnership with PLUS TV LLC, digital health services through Helsi, self-service options via the MyKyivstar app, big data and technology services through Kyivstar.Tech, and ride-hailing and delivery through Uklon. Through its operating company JSC Kyivstar and the Kyivstar brand, the company provides mobile connectivity services on 2G, 3G, and 4G/LTE networks, offering prepaid and postpaid mobile services including voice, messaging, and wireless internet access. As of December 31, 2025, approximately 83% of its B2C mobile customers were on prepaid plans, compared to 86% as of December 31, 2024. Kyivstar was also the first mobile operator in Ukraine to launch Voice over LTE ("VoLTE") technology.
