Huntsman Corporation is a global manufacturer of diversified organic chemical products. The company operates in three segments: Polyurethanes, Performance Products, and Advanced Materials. Huntsman markets a variety of chemicals and chemical formulations globally, primarily to industrial and building product manufacturers. These products are used in applications such as adhesives, aerospace, automotive, coatings and construction, construction products, durable and non-durable consumer products, electronics, insulation, power generation, and refining. Huntsman, a Delaware corporation, was formed in 2004 to hold the businesses founded by Jon M. Huntsman in 1970 as a small packaging materials company. On February 28, 2023, Huntsman completed the sale of its textile chemicals and dyes business ("Textile Effects Business") to Archroma.
