HUTCHMED develops Surufatinib for pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor (NET), non-pancreatic NET, and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma; Sovleplenib for immune thrombocytopenic purpura and warm autoimmune hemolytic anemia; and Tazemetostat for epithelioid sarcoma and follicular lymphoma. Other developments include Fanregratinib for intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and Ranosidenib, a dual-inhibitor for dehydrogenase-1 and isocitrate dehydrogenase-2 enzymes, to treat acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The company is also developing HMPL-760, currently in Phase I and II clinical trials for relapsed and/or refractory diffuse large B cell lymphoma, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, small lymphocytic lymphoma, and other B-NHL, as well as HMPL-506 for Mixed-lineage leukemia-rearrange/rearrangement and nucleophosmin 1-mutant AML.
