Its focus will include, but not be limited to, companies operating in marine technology, marine services, U.S.-focused marine businesses, marine logistics and distribution, vessel technical management, and data centers. The company is not limited to a particular industry or geographic region and may ultimately pursue an initial business combination opportunity in any business or industry.
