Enveric Biosciences, Inc. was incorporated in Delaware in February 1994. The company's business history includes a reverse merger on May 26, 2015, with Ameri and Partners Inc., at which point the company changed its name to AMERI Holdings, Inc. The Ameri business was spun off on December 30, 2020.
