(DSG) is a global specialty distribution company that provides value-added distribution solutions to the maintenance, repair and operations (MRO), original equipment manufacturer (OEM), and industrial technology markets. In 2022, DSG combined the distribution businesses of Lawson Products, Inc. (Lawson), TestEquity Acquisition, LLC (TestEquity), and 301 HW Opus Holdings, Inc., which operates as Gexpro Services (Gexpro Services). On April 1, 2022, DSG, which already owned Lawson, acquired TestEquity and Gexpro Services. Lawson is a leader in MRO distribution of C-parts, TestEquity specializes in electronic test and measurement solutions, and Gexpro Services is a global supply chain services provider to manufacturing customers. DSG aims to help customers reduce their total cost of operation by improving productivity and efficiency through products, technical support, and reliable delivery. DSG serves approximately 220,000 distinct customers across various end markets, supported by approximately 4,300 employees and vendor partnerships. The company ships from strategically located distribution and service centers to customers in North America, Europe, Asia, South America, and the Middle East. DSG was originally incorporated in Illinois in 1952 and reincorporated in Delaware in 1982. In December 2025, the Company amended and expanded its senior secured facility through 2030.
