T3 Defense Inc. (formerly Nukkleus Inc.) is a financial technology company that provides blockchain-enabled technology solutions. The company was initially formed on May 24, 2019, as Brilliant Acquisition Corporation. On June 23, 2023, Brilliant Acquisition Corporation entered into a Merger Agreement with Nukkleus Inc. (formerly Compliance & Risk Management Solutions Inc.), which was formed on July 29, 2013. The merger was completed on December 22, 2023, at which point Brilliant Acquisition Corporation changed its name to Nukkleus Inc. Following this Business Combination, the company became focused on financial technology. From the completion of the Business Combination until a management change in September 2024, the company operated as a full-service transactions technology and advisory business. It offered end-to-end transactions technology solutions, including an advanced platform for dealing and risk management. This platform featured global liquidity, customizable leverage, and allowed users control over quote and liquidity strategies.
