In June 2025, the company began dosing participants in a PD-1 combination arm, administering CRB-701 with Keytruda® (pembrolizumab). The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) granted fast track designation for CRB-701 for relapsed or refractory metastatic cervical cancer in December 2024, and for recurrent or metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) previously treated with platinum-based chemotherapy and an anti-PD(L)-1 therapy in September 2025. CSPC is also investigating CRB-701 in a Phase 3 clinical trial for cervical cancer patients in China.
