We are a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company focused on discovering, developing, and selling new clean-surfaced nanotechnology ("CSN®") therapeutics. These CSN® therapeutics are made from transition element atoms that, when formed into nanocrystals, have unusually high and unique catalytic activities not found in the same elements in their bulk form. These activities support beneficial metabolic and energetic cellular reactions in diseased, stressed, and damaged cells. We believe our patented technology allows us to develop a wide range of CSN therapeutics for various diseases impacting human health. We developed an electro-crystal-chemistry drug development platform using advances in nanotechnology, plasma and quantum physics, materials science, and biochemistry. This platform creates nanocrystals with faceted structures and surfaces free of chemical modifications often found with other production methods, which can leave potentially toxic residues. Our method produces stable, non-toxic, and highly catalytic nanocrystals, overcoming a major challenge in using transition metal catalytic activity for therapy. Our clean-surfaced nanocrystals show catalytic activities many times higher than other commercially available nanoparticles we have evaluated. Our development and clinical efforts aim to transform the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases by restoring and protecting neuronal health and function. Our nanotherapeutics target cellular energy problems common to many diseases. We are currently focused on addressing significant unmet medical needs in central nervous system disorders, including amyotrophic lateral sclerosis ("ALS"), multiple sclerosis ("MS"), and Parkinson's disease ("PD").
