The company operates a fleet of vessels for cargo transportation. As of March 31, 2026, its fleet includes three drybulk carriers and one Aframax crude oil tanker. The drybulk carriers transport major bulks such as iron ore, coal, and grains, as well as minor bulks like bauxite, phosphate, and fertilizers. The Aframax crude oil tanker transports crude oil. The company has also acquired two MR product tankers. One, built in South Korea in 2008, was purchased for $16.88 million and delivered on April 3, 2026. This vessel, named Clean Fury, has a size of 47,203 dwt and is currently employed in the spot market. The second product tanker, built in South Korea in 2011, was purchased for $22.90 million and is scheduled for delivery in the third quarter of 2026. This vessel is named San Remo and has a size of 50,760 dwt. Upon delivery of these two product tankers, and assuming no other vessel acquisitions or dispositions, the total cargo carrying capacity of the fleet will be 311,431 dwt. The company's vessels are operated through its affiliate, Brave Maritime. The drybulk carriers include: Eco Bushfire (32,000 dwt, built 2011 in Japan, charter rate $12,500, charter expiration April 2026), Eco Angelbay (32,000 dwt, built 2009 in Japan, charter rate $16,500, charter expiration May 2026), and Eco Spitfire (33,664 dwt, built 2012 in Japan, charter rate $13,000, charter expiration May 2026). The Aframax oil tanker is Afrapearl II (115,804 dwt, built 2010 in Korea, employed in the spot market).
