CCH Holdings Ltd is a holding company that operates a restaurant business and sells food ingredients and condiments primarily in Malaysia. The company was incorporated in the Cayman Islands on December 2, 2024. CCH Holdings Ltd wholly owns its Malaysian subsidiary, Signature Tasty Claypot House Holding Sdn. Bhd. ("STCH Holding"), which in turn wholly owns five other Malaysian subsidiaries. One of these subsidiaries, GTL F&B Sdn. Bhd. ("GTL F&B"), holds an 80% equity interest in another Malaysian entity, GEF Family Food Court Sdn. Bhd. ("GEF Family"). STCH Holding, incorporated on May 8, 2019, operates four company-owned restaurant outlets. It also manages the central kitchen, licenses the Chicken Claypot House and Zi Wei Yuan brands, and acts as a general trader selling food ingredients and condiments to local distributors and franchised restaurant outlets. CCH Holdings Ltd acquired 100% of STCH Holding on June 5, 2025. The principal executive offices are located in Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia.
