BorgWarner's strategy focuses on profitable growth across its technology-focused product portfolio supporting electric, hybrid, and combustion vehicles, through organic investments and technology-focused acquisitions. For the years ended December 31, 2025, 2024, and 2023, revenue from eProducts, which include products for electric vehicles (EVs) and hybrid powertrains with EV-adaptable technologies, was approximately $2.6 billion, $2.3 billion, and $2.0 billion, respectively, representing 18%, 17%, and 14% of total revenue. Revenue from Foundational products, which include products for internal combustion engines and hybrid powertrains, was approximately $11.7 billion, $11.8 billion, and $12.2 billion, respectively, representing 82%, 83%, and 86% of total revenue.
