Within the Investor Communication Solutions segment, Broadridge provides Regulatory Solutions, Data-Driven Fund Solutions, Corporate Issuer Solutions, and Customer Communications Solutions. For Regulatory Solutions, Broadridge manages the entire proxy materials distribution and voting process for bank, broker-dealer, corporate issuer, and fund clients. This includes electronic and traditional hard copy delivery of proxy materials, collection of consents, maintenance of a rules engine and database for customer delivery preferences, document posting on websites, email notifications for proxy material availability, and proxy voting via telephone, online, mobile, or paper. Broadridge also offers proxy vote solicitation services for registered clients of fund companies and a complete outsourced solution for processing international institutional and retail proxies, including shareholder disclosure management. The company is extending its proxy voting and disclosure capabilities to support all models of tokenized securities ownership and plays an integral role in the beneficial proxy process.
