For the financial year ended December 31, 2025, the company's investing activities totaled approximately $0.1 million, which included capitalized internally developed software costs and minor computer equipment purchases. As of the date of this Annual Report, Blue Gold Limited and its subsidiaries do not have any principal capital expenditures and divestitures in progress. The company currently has no committed capital expenditure program, pending the resolution of an ongoing lease dispute with the Government of Ghana concerning the Bogoso Prestea mine.
