Bayview Acquisition Corp. is a blank check company, incorporated on February 16, 2023, as a Cayman Islands exempted company. On December 14, 2023, the company issued an additional 287,500 ordinary shares for $100, resulting in Bayview Holding LP holding 569,250 Founder Shares and Peace Investment Holdings Limited holding 1,155,750 Founder Shares as of the Registration Statement date. As of December 31, 2025, and for the period from February 16, 2023 (inception) through December 31, 2025, the company had not yet commenced any operations.
