AVAX One Technology Ltd. began as an "ag-tech" company, AgriFORCE™, focused on developing and utilizing intellectual property for agricultural improvements. The company ceased all legacy ag-tech operations in early 2025, except for its Manna business, which involved deploying patented technologies and is currently being liquidated. Since late November 2024, the company entered the sustainable Bitcoin Mining industry, completing two acquisitions. It now operates several Bitcoin Mining facilities in Alberta, Canada, and Ohio.
