ADDENTAX GROUP CORP. is a holding company primarily engaged in garment manufacturing through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Yingxi Industrial Chain Group Co., Ltd. (YICG). The company was incorporated in Nevada on October 28, 2014. Initially, ADDENTAX GROUP CORP. focused on producing images on various surfaces like glass, leather, plastic, ceramic, and textile using 3D sublimation vacuum heat transfer machines, but it no longer pursues opportunities related to 3D printing. The shift to garment manufacturing occurred on December 28, 2016, when ADDENTAX GROUP CORP. entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement to acquire 100% of the equity interest in YICG, a company incorporated in the Republic of Seychelles. This acquisition was completed on September 25, 2017, making YICG's garment manufacturing business the core operation of ADDENTAX GROUP CORP. As of the date of this annual report, ADDENTAX GROUP CORP. has initiated the divestiture process for its subsidiary, Shantou Yi Bai Yi Garment Co., Ltd. (YBY). The company no longer exercises control over YBY and has excluded it from its consolidated financial statements since July 2024, despite remaining the registered shareholder.
